Please note Tax information:

All Dealers must be selling under a current Michigan Sales Tax license or complete a Form 2271, Concessionaire's Sales Tax Return and Payment Form. There will be absolutely NO exceptions to this rule. You will be required to provide this prior to selling any merchandise, including personal commissions, at FCN. If you don’t have a permit or do not intend to file a form 2271, you will not be able to sell and there will be no refunds. It is your responsibility to take care of this detail.

Note refunds may be obtained up to February 12th, 2013. After February 12th all table fees will be considered non-refundable.
