Massive room space [UPDATE!]

I have currently booked 3 double bed rooms for the Sheraton Hotel for FCN.
There will be 1 person that I know and trust heading each of the rooms. [As of right now I would so as kindly need one more person to head a room].

Each head of the room is entitled to their own rules. But my main rule: Do not make a mess in there. All these costs are going on me and for your stay in the room. If you destroy something, it will be coming out of your pocket and you will be removed from the room. Another rule is no minors. I would like to have the rooms 18+ [because of the possibility of alcohol involved] but if you are underage, I would make a list for you to not be caught in an irresponsible situation.

The nights that are booked are Thursday April 12th to Monday April 16th. I would like to be known in advance if you would like to room with me or in one of the other rooms. Again, each head of the rooms has their own rules.

The pricing for the rooms:
1 night: $30
2 nights: $60
3-4 nights: $100

The max number of people that I am allowing in the room is 5. In retrospect, I am looking for 10-12 more people. I would happily take the floor and let the other attending people share the bed.

When it comes down to the official con time and there have been people who have not paid or are not going to be in a room, I would possibly be removing one of them.

Edited update: From here on now, if you would like to room in one of the available rooms, it will now be a first pay, first serve basis. If you want to room, I am requesting that a down payment is put into order should you want to be in the room:

$10 down for a single night
$20 down for a double night
$30 down for the full 3 to 4 nights.

If you put money down, I would would like for you to AT THE VERY LEAST, pay into your spot every week. If you miss a weekly payment, you will be contacted by me with a final notice. If you are not able to pay by the following day, YOUR DOWN PAYMENT WOULD BE CONSIDERED A FORFEIT! However, should you choose to back out, you will be refunded a portion of the money put into it.

As of now there are 5 spots taken. The other 2 rooms are open for 9 people.
